Environmental protection is the very foundation of our mission and activities. thus, we should demonstrate through our day to day operations that environmental protection is a fundamental component of how we conduct our activities that may have an impact on the environment.

"Combined Effluent Treatment Plant" is a running project of Pakistan Tanners Association, (PTA). NOMAR LEATHER is an active member of this waste water treatment plant.

CETP has the treatment capacity of 42,000 cubic meter/day. Anaerobic treatment technology with post-aerobic treatment for polishing and process scheme include screen, girt chamber, equalization, sedimentation and sludge thickening and drying. Through our personal attention and example, we pledge to provide effective leadership by encouraging and considering innovative approaches to meet future challenges, and through our annual management review, to monitor our environmental performance and specific objectives and targets developed under CETP.
